CSI Designs

CSI Designs items are handcrafted by our team of leather artisans. These items can be customized per your request. Standard lead times are approximately 8-12 weeks; starting from receipt of payment or deposit. Lead time may vary depending on customer requested job changes or customization.

Once we have received your order, we will contact you via e-mail. Processing time for orders placed on Monday - Thursday is typically 2-3 business days. Ready To Install

“Ready to Install” products are NEW items from our CSI Designs inventory. These items are currently in stock, so they are ready to ship!

Showroom Floor Samples

The “Showroom Floor Samples” are items that feature wear consistent with age and use. Condition varies between pieces, and specific information is included on each item’s description.

To purchase, you must complete the form located under each item’s page. Make sure you include desired quantity and ship-to address, so we may provide accurate shipping rates and method. Once we have received your inquiry, we will proceed to send photographs of the item’s actual condition. After we have confirmed all items in your order, we will process payment and shipping.

Shipping Estimate

Shipping is calculated based on the ship-to address, the packaging and protection necessary, and lastly, the shipping method. We will provide an estimate of 3 different shipping methods to choose from, depending on your needs.    


 Return Policy:

All sales are final. Items cannot be returned or exchanged.


 Conditions & Terms Of Service

Prepayment is required for orders under US$ 1,000.00. For orders that exceed US $1,000.00, a 50% deposit is required prior to production.  We provide a 10 day grace period for changes to your order without incurring in job change or cancellation fees. If you decide to cancel your order after the 10 day grace period you will forfeit your deposit.


Important Information about Our Materials

Each hide of leather is unique in its natural surface characteristics. Because of the individuality of the hides, natural variations of scars and markings may show in our final product.

Product Maintenance

Chemical abrasives or cleaning products should never be used on the leather, parchment or shagreen. Products such as “Windex” or other glass and metal cleaners, which are ammonia or alcohol based, will harm both hand-dyed leathers as well as commercially finish leathers. Silicon based products should not be used, such as “Endust” or “Pledge” as the will leave ghosting or a cloudy discoloration. To clean Leather, Parchment and Shagreen, a slightly damp cloth may be used to lightly wipe the soiled area. When the surface has dried: a clear, thin coat of paste wax may be applied with a different piece of dry cloth. A third piece is used to buff away the excess wax.  This process should never be used on suede, nubuck or any un- finished leather items
